Job Description:

The Midnight Express Quality Control Manager is tasked with the responsibility to develop, implement, and manage quality control systems to ensure all company products meet consumer expectations and demands. Specific daily duties for this position include managing a team of quality engineers and technicians and inspecting products to ensure conformity throughout the production process.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Monitor the status of all parts operations with a focus on maintaining quality standards. Monitor production runs for quality by measuring and documenting using statistical process control. Monitor the process and completion of finished materials. Monitor and ensure quality standards set by the company for all products being manufactured. Coordinate with management of supporting departments to resolve any issues regarding production. Suggest, plan and organize future growth of department operations.

Minimum Requirements:

Direct or related experience of 3 years

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Knowledge of quality assurance processes and methods, preferably in a marine industry setting Must have knowledgeable experience with Excel and Word Familiarity with marine manufacturing Analytical ability and problem solving skills Working knowledge of fundamental boat structure •Pay will be based on Experience and Knowledge•
