This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Manager, located in Miami, FL. The Quality Manager will oversee quality control and assurance processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead the development of quality standards for production. They will monitor and evaluate production procedures, conduct audits, and implement continuous improvement processes to maintain the highest levels of product quality and safety. The role requires close collaboration with the production, R D, and operations teams to maintain the reputation of delivering exceptional products. Qualifications Quality Assurance and Quality Control expertise, including an understanding of regulatory compliance and industry standards (experience with
NSF 455-2
is a plus). Strong skills in auditing, process improvement, and implementing quality management systems. Knowledge of good manufacturing practices (GMP) and experience conducting inspections for compliance and operational excellence. Leadership, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Experience with data analysis, problem-solving methodologies, and creating action plans for quality enhancement. Ability to manage communication and management of samples and testing methods with analytical labs.
