Job Description:
At Cas Composite, we're looking for a Quality Manager to lead and elevate our Quality Management System within an FAA-certified repair station environment. This role goes beyond compliance - it's about building a culture of quality, ensuring audit readiness at all times, and driving continuous improvement across operations . You will own the RSQCM, lead audits, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure processes meet
FAA, ISO
9001, and customer requirements. If you have a strong background in aviation quality systems, regulatory compliance, and process improvement , this is an opportunity to make a direct impact on operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the RSQCM (Repair Station Quality Control Manual) Ensure full compliance with FAA regulations, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements Plan and lead internal, external, and customer audits , ensuring timely closure of findings Monitor and analyze quality KPIs , identifying trends and driving corrective actions Oversee documentation control and ensure accurate, audit-ready records Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) Train and support teams on quality standards, procedures, and best practices Collaborate with operations, engineering, and leadership to improve process performance and product quality Serve as the primary point of contact for all quality-related matters Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field 5+ years of experience in quality management systems Proven experience in audit management (internal, external, and customer audits) Strong understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action processes Excellent communication and leadership skills
