Full Job Description Summary:
Ensure quality system is maintained throughout entire organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Documentation control and quality records including quality manuals and systems and procedures.
  • Internal quality audit program including training.
  • Quality assurance training needs and requirements.
  • Statistical quality control program.
  • AS9100 awareness training.
  • Corrective action review.
  • Supplier Analysis.
  • Experience with manufacturing and quality requirements for cable assemblies/wire harnesses for military applications.
  • Experience/ability to interpret DOD and other military specifications related to components of cable assembly/wire harness manufacturing.
  • Knowledge AS9100 quality system and procedures- internal auditing experience preferred.
  • Electrical and/or Quality engineering background related to.
  • Responsible for approximately 35 Quality Inspectors, Auditors, Engineers, and supervision
  • Other duties may be assigned.
