You will lead a team, and the production process, to ensure company quality expectations are met. Strong communication skills along with the desire to be the best are essential traits. Tasks Complete quality control checklists for each concrete structure that is produced in your shop Monitor employees in the shop to ensure efficiency and accountability Assist with the training of employees in shop Report employee and quality issues appropriately Practice constructive communication both verbal and written
Requirements:
Ability to lead a team, ability to follow directions, ability to work independently and with others across departments. Requirements Ability to lead a team Ability to follow directions Ability to work independently and with others across departments Precast experience desired.
Job Type:
