Job Description

Quality Control Lead Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day operations of the quality control function, ensuring timely and accurate testing of materials and products Supervise, train, and support quality control technicians. Investigate out-of-specification (OOS) results, deviations, and quality issues; support root cause analysis and corrective actions Maintain calibration and maintenance schedules for equipment and ensure proper functionality Monitor inventory supplies and coordinate procurement as needed Collaborate with production, operations, and quality assurance teams to address quality concerns and improve processes Support audits and inspections by preparing documentation and participating in walkthroughs Drive continuous improvement initiatives in efficiency, accuracy, and compliance Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in a quality control environment within manufacturing. 1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities Effective communication and leadership skills with the ability to train and mentor others Ability to respond to quality issues in a fast-paced production environment Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
