Job Description

Talento Search Group has an opening for a Quality Control Manager in the Albany, Georgia area. This position reports to the Plant Manager.

K, PTO, Vacation Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all regulatory, safety, and OSHA mandate compliance Development, implementation and maintenance of quality systems, SOPs, and testing of all product phases Monitoring of production for any non-conformances and corrective actions Manage all lab/test equipment to include calibrations to required standards Identify any potential process improvements, RCA, CAPA for waste reductions All required reporting and system updates
Qualifications:
Associate (Bachelor's) Degree in Quality Management, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or similar Hands-on experience with manufacturing quality control Strong knowledge of
ISO/SPC/OSHA
standards and lab testing Proven leadership of QC team - lab related, decision making and communication skills.
