Job Description

Position Summary STA Contracting, Inc. is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to oversee and implement the Quality Control Program for custodial and facility services at a secure federal facility. The Quality Control Manager is responsible for ensuring all services are performed in compliance with contract requirements, performance standards, and federal regulations. This position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, attention to detail, and strict adherence to safety and security protocols. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage the site specific Quality Control Plan
  • Conduct routine inspections of all serviced areas to ensure compliance with contract standards
  • Document inspection results and corrective actions
  • Identify deficiencies and coordinate corrective measures with staff and management
  • Serve as primary point of contact for quality assurance matters with government representatives
  • Maintain inspection logs, reports, and performance records
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and chemical safety procedures
  • Provide training and guidance to janitorial and floor care staff
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
  • Participate in meetings with government personnel regarding contract performance
  • Ensure all personnel comply with federal facility rules and security protocols
  • Ability to stand, walk, and inspect facilities for extended periods
  • Reliable attendance and professionalism Qualifications
  • High school diploma required, Associate or Bachelor degree preferred
  • Minimum three years of supervisory or quality control experience in custodial or facility services
  • Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning standards and floor care procedures
  • Experience developing and managing quality control documentation
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to use basic computer programs for reporting and documentation Security Requirements This position is located within a secure federal facility. All employees must meet the following requirements:
  • Be authorized to work in the United States
  • Successfully pass an in depth federal background investigation
  • Complete fingerprinting and any required security screening
  • Maintain eligibility to work on a federal contract Failure to meet or maintain security requirements may result in removal from the contract. Work Environment
  • Work is performed inside administrative and training buildings
  • May require occasional evening or weekend oversight
  • Employees must comply with all federal installation policies

$50,000.00
