Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Quality Control Manager to lead and oversee all quality assurance and quality control activities within our manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for ensuring that all products consistently meet company standards, customer specifications, and applicable regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a proven background in manufacturing quality systems, team development, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Quality Systems Management Develop, implement, and maintain the facility's Quality Management System (QMS). Establish, enforce, and improve quality control policies, procedures, and documentation standards. Manage and maintain all quality-related records, reports, certifications, and compliance documentation. Inspection & Testing Oversee incoming material inspections, in-process quality checks, and final product inspections. Develop and maintain inspection plans, sampling procedures, and acceptance criteria. Ensure all quality testing and measurement equipment is properly calibrated and maintained. Team Leadership Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate quality control technicians and inspectors. Establish performance goals and accountability measures for quality staff. Foster a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement throughout the organization. Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to identify root causes and resolve quality issues. Regulatory & Compliance Ensure ongoing compliance with applicable industry standards, regulations, and customer-specific requirements. Qualifications (Required) 5 years of quality control or quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role. Strong knowledge of inspection techniques, measurement tools, and quality testing equipment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data to diverse audiences.
Salary:
$60,000 - $90,000 per year (based on experience)
