As the Quality Man ager, you'll be the architect of their quality strategy, ensuring every component they produce meets the highest standards of excellence. What You Will Be Doing:
Innovate & Impl ement: Design and deploy a world-class quality management system (QMS) aligned with IATF 16949, setting new benchmarks for industry stan dards.
Empower & Lead:
Inspire and mentor a high-performing team of quality engineers, inspectors, and technicians, fostering a culture of excel lence.

Transform & Opt imize: Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing, and cutting-edge quality tools, driving tangible re sults.

Launch with Prec ision: Orchestrate seamless APQP, PPAP, and PPMP processes, ensuring flawless product launches and unwavering customer satisfa ction.
Resolve & Excel:
Proactively address and resolve customer quality concerns, transforming challenges into opportunities for g rowth.

Audit with Auth ority: Lead internal and external audits, demonstrating commitment to transparency and compl iance.

Analyze & ;
Act:
Leverage data-driven insights to monitor performance, identify trends, and implement proactive corrective ac tions.

Document & D efine: Create and maintain robust quality documentation, ensuring clarity and consistency across all proc esses.

Collaborate & Inte grate: Partner with cross-functional teams to embed quality into every aspect of opera tions.
Cultivate & Train:
Develop and deliver engaging training programs, empowering the team to excel in quality stan dards.

Supplier Partne rship: Strengthen supplier relationships through strategic audits and performance evalua tions.

You:
Be able to do the job as des cribed.

Driven by Exce llence: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field, with a passion for q uality.

Tier-1 Expertise Re quired: Minimum 5 years of proven success in a quality management role within a Tier-1 automotive supplier, ideally with metal stamping and welding expe rience.

Master of Sta ndards: In-depth knowledge of IATF 16949 and a track record of implementing and maintaining robu st QMS.
Quality Toolkit M astery:
Expert understanding of APQP, PPAP, PPMP, FMEA, and other essential quality tools.

Audit Lead ership: Proven ability to lead successful internal and external audits.

Problem-Solving Powe rhouse: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for finding innovative sol utions.

Team Leadership Ch ampion: Ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve extraordinary r esults.

Lean Ad vocate: Strong understanding and application of lean manufacturing methodo logies.
Data-Driven Decision Maker:
Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and data an alysis.

Customer Ch ampion: Unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction and relationship mana gement.
