Job Description

Pineland BHDD is seeking a detail‑driven Quality Assurance (QA) Coordinator to support quality, compliance, and performance improvement across behavioral health and developmental disability programs. This role plays a key part in incident management, regulatory compliance, and data analysis, ensuring safe and effective services for individuals served. Position Overview The QA Coordinator provides oversight and support for incident reporting, investigations, corrective action plans, and quality data management. This position works closely with program leadership and staff to ensure compliance with DBHDD, state, and agency standards, while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Incident Management & Compliance Review incident reports for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness Conduct investigations and interviews related to incidents Submit required reports to state systems and coordinate follow-up actions Serve as a liaison with regulatory and state agencies during investigations Monitor and track corrective action plans to ensure compliance Quality Assurance & Oversight Monitor program operations to ensure adherence to policies and procedures Identify quality or risk issues and support resolution efforts Provide guidance to staff on compliance expectations and reporting processes Support Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) activities and meetings Data & Reporting Maintain and manage QA databases and reporting systems Analyze trends, patterns, and performance data Develop clear, user-friendly reports, dashboards, and summaries Ensure data integrity by identifying and resolving inconsistencies Collaboration & Training Serve as a resource to staff on QA processes and best practices Provide training on incident reporting, compliance, and quality standards Collaborate with leadership to improve systems and outcomes Leadership & Program Support Support oversight of assigned locations or programs Monitor staff performance related to compliance and corrective actions Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human services or related field OR licensure as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or RN Valid Georgia Driver's License Experience in behavioral health, quality assurance, or compliance preferred Skills That Lead to Success Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism Knowledge of compliance standards, incident reporting, and QA processes Effective communication and problem‑solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Proficiency with data systems and reporting tools Why Join Pineland BHDD?
