Job Description

Quality Control (QC)
Manager:
We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Quality Control Manager to oversee the quality, compliance, and production documentation for our household product lines (laundry, dishwashing, and surface cleaners).
Position Overview Salary:
$75,000
  • $90,000 / year
Schedule:
Monday
  • Friday, 8:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM (occasional OT)
Core Responsibilities Batch & Production Support:
Generate batch tickets and provide chemical adjustments to production runs to ensure all finished goods meet strict quality specifications.
Laboratory Testing:
Utilize standard lab equipment (viscometers, pH meters, etc.) to test raw materials and finished products.
Sample Creation:
Comfortably create laboratory-scale samples under specific direction for testing or development.
Documentation & Reporting:
Author and review Safety Data Sheets (SDS). Generate Certificates of Analysis (COA), QC logs, and other technical reports as required.
Team Collaboration:
Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with production line personnel to resolve quality issues and maintain workflow.
Qualifications & Skills Education:
BS in Chemistry or a closely related scientific field.
Experience:
3-10 years of experience in HI&I (Household, Industrial, and Institutional) chemistry, specifically with household laundry or dishwashing products.
Lab Expertise:
Demonstrated knowledge of standard analytical lab equipment.
