Job Description:
Responsible for inspecting work, ensuring compliance with standards, supervising crews.
Job Duties:
Ensuring quality control, supervising construction activities, and maintaining safety standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee Inside plant and outside plant technicians Verify trouble tickets in queue are at a manageable quantity utilizing CAIRs or Remedy ticketing system. Respond to trouble tickets in-person, via phone call or email within (48) hours. Troubleshoot customer issues, ensure concerns are addressed, and ensure services are returned to normal operations. Conduct Quality Assurance/Quality Control Checks on projects that have been completed or are in progress to ensure data or voice services will operate as expected. Escalate trouble tickets to next appropriate service tier if unable to address issue within (48) hours after initial contact.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma required. Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Solid understanding of basic accounting and bookkeeping principles Good communication and organizational skills Secret clearance required. Telecommunication QA-QC certification Be able to obtain Telecommunication Level 3 Site Safety and Health Office (SSHO) designation Confined Space certified HGS is an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
