As the Nursing Director Quality and Risk Management, the leader will guide a full spectrum of activities—enterprise quality strategy, accreditation and survey readiness, regulatory compliance, performance improvement, patient safety, Just Culture, event review, RCA and FMEA, infection prevention collaboration, antimicrobial stewardship alignment, and outcomes analytics—while the RN Director Quality Assurance leverages real-time dashboards, registries, and streamlined EHR workflows to drive reliable results.
