Quality Supervisor

QUALITY SUPERVISOR

Description Manage and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements Lead, train, and support quality staff to ensure effective execution of quality and operational activities Provide performance management, coaching, and corrective action for quality team members Support site goals, continuous improvement initiatives, and operational objectives Investigate quality issues, complete corrective actions, and utilize root cause analysis tools Review and analyze quality metrics and communicate performance trends to management Ensure accurate data entry, review, and maintenance within electronic quality systems Manage non‑conforming material processes, including documentation, disposition, and release decisions Develop, update, and maintain standard operating procedures and quality documentation Support internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections as required Provide quality support for new product or process introductions Perform additional duties as assigned Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in biology, chemistry, or other related field Experience working in a manufacturing environment Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bettendorf, IA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
