We're partnering with a leading manufacturer seeking a QA Manager to lead a team supporting GMP manufacturing operations.Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop QA personnel
- Oversee deviations, CAPAs, investigations, and change controls
- Provide quality oversight for manufacturing operations
- Support audits, inspections, and compliance initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement and quality culture across the site
Requirements:
- BS in a scientific field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in a regulated GMP manufacturing environment
- 3+ years managing QA teams in a regulated manufacturing environment
- Strong experience with investigations, CAPAs, deviations, and change controls
- Experience supporting pharmaceutical, biologics, vaccine, sterile, or related manufacturing preferred
