(MCIS) is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead QA/QC efforts across multiple projects and markets. This role ensures all work meets MCIS standards, client expectations, and industry requirements while promoting consistency, accountability, and operational excellence. Qualifications 5+ years of QA/QC or construction experience, preferably in data center or mission-critical environments Strong understanding of construction methods, inspections, and documentation Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and submittals Prior field leadership experience preferred Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Key Responsibilities Implement and enforce QA/QC standards across active job sites Conduct inspections and identify quality deficiencies proactively Partner with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Foremen to improve quality execution Maintain inspection logs, reports, and project documentation Train field personnel on quality standards and best practices Support continuous improvement initiatives and standardization across projects Interface with clients, inspectors, and third-party representatives Work Environment This position requires frequent travel to active construction sites across multiple markets and involves both field and office work.
