Job Description:
A global pharmaceutical manufacturer is hiring a Quality Manager to lead a team of QA professionals supporting commercial manufacturing operations at one of its largest production sites. This is a highly visible leadership role focused on developing people, strengthening quality culture, and driving operational improvements across a complex GMP manufacturing environment. You'll have the opportunity to influence site strategy, partner closely with operations leadership, and help build the next generation of quality talent within the organization. You should apply if you have the following experience 5+ years of Quality Assurance experience within a pharmaceutical, biologics, vaccine, or medical device manufacturing environments 3+ years of direct people management experience, including coaching, mentoring, and developing technical professionals Strong background supporting investigations, CAPAs, deviations, change management, and regulatory compliance activities Working knowledge of FDA, USDA, or other regulated manufacturing requirements
