Job Description

Provides administrative and technical support to the Quality Department.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the receiving and shipping inspection processes. Track and perform calibration of tooling and inspection devices. Investigate quality issues and customer complaints. Lead the root cause analysis and implementation corrective actions. Train plant personnel on quality certification requirements, including ISO-9001, AS9100, NADCAP, etc. Conduct and support internal and external quality audits. Maintain and continuously improve FRC's Quality Management System. • Monitor and ensure compliance with quality procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of five years of experience in quality assurance or bachelor's degree in a related field. Leadership ability to direct and train employees. Excellent communication skills. Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from all levels of the organization, suppliers, and customers. Training and/or experience of industry quality standards and procedures. Able to interpret engineering drawings. Familiar with blueprint reading, geometric dimensioning, and tolerancing. Must be able to pass background check, drug screen, and vision exam.
Pay:
$23.63 - $28.45 per hour
