POSITION OVERVIEW

Directs quality and risk department activities and resources Responsible for achieving departmental and organizational objectives Oversees compliance, performance, and operational effectiveness

COMPENSATION

Salary Range:

$110,000 - $150,000 SCHEDULE Full-time Day shift ROLE Develop and implement departmental goals, plans, and standards Direct and evaluate departmental operations including patient care delivery and quality control Monitor staffing, hiring, training, and performance management Prepare and manage departmental budgets Coordinate and direct internal and external audits Integrate evidence-based practices into operations and clinical protocols Ensure compliance with healthcare regulatory standards including HIPAA Manage quality improvement and complaint resolution processes

ENVIRONMENT

Hospital-based leadership role Works with internal staff and external stakeholders Exposure to hospital environment including clinical areas

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in related field preferred (or equivalent experience) Basic Life Support (BLS)

REQUIRED

Ability to manage and direct staff and departmental operations

REQUIRED

Knowledge of healthcare regulatory compliance (including HIPAA)

REQUIRED

Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

REQUIRED

Ability to manage budgets, audits, and departmental performance
