$105,150 - $135,000 annually A day in the role Start your morning aligning with the General Manager on plant priorities, then move straight into the rhythm of quality system leadership—reviewing audit schedules, checking on corrective action statuses, and scanning dashboards that track the health of our quality and environmental programs. Midday, you'll host a management review or huddle with operations and quality teams to keep processes tight and documentation current. In the afternoon, walk the floor to validate job instructions, verify compliance, and ensure gaging and calibration activities meet standards. You'll close the day by refining controlled documents and shaping job instructions so the next production run is even better than the last. Key impact areas Own the internal audit plan, drive effective follow-up, and verify closure of findings. Lead management review meetings; uphold all quality and environmental compliance obligations. Administer the corrective action system and ensure records are complete and current. Maintain and revise controlled documents for quality and environmental management systems. Analyze quality metrics and trends to fuel continuous improvement. Develop and update job instructions to standardize work and protect consistency. Partner closely with operations and quality teams to keep the quality system effective. Conduct floor audits to confirm adherence to job instructions. Oversee gaging and calibration to meet required quality standards. Qualifications Proficient in MS Excel (formulas, sorting) and MS Word (drafting/editing). Expert-level knowledge of
TS 16949, ISO
14001, and
ISO 9001
. Prior experience as a Quality Manager or Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment . Automotive industry experience required. Strong mathematical, written, and verbal communication skills.
