QA Supervisor

Description The Quality Assurance Specialist plays a key role in ensuring all products meet established quality standards within a fast-paced production and fulfillment environment. This position is responsible for reviewing product quality, maintaining "Gift Wrap" presentation standards, and identifying defects to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work collaboratively with production teams, and a proactive approach to maintaining and improving quality standards across all stages of production. 1st Shift - 8:00am-4:30pm (Peak Schedule Varies) Key Responsibilities Inspect products to ensure adherence to quality and "Gift Wrap" standards Identify defects and escalate quality concerns to appropriate teams Support training and guidance of team members on quality expectations Partner with production teams to maintain consistency and accuracy in output Ensure compliance with established procedures and quality guidelines Qualifications & Skills Understanding of "Gift Wrap" quality standards Ability to support and train team members as needed Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 12 hours Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds Schedule Requirements Availability to work weekends during peak seasons Ability to work 2nd shift as needed, particularly during peak periods The expected hourly pay range for this position is $23 to $28 per hour . Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other factors permitted by law.
