QA Supervisor

The role of a Quality Assurance Specialist is crucial in ensuring that products and services meet the highest quality standards, providing customers with reliable and satisfactory outcomes. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, attention to detail, and effective communication skills to maintain and enhance quality across all stages of production and service delivery. Understand the concept of "Gift Wrap" quality
Able to support and train team when needed Bilingual is a plus
Must be able to stand for up to 12 hours
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Must be able to work as part of a team
Must be able to work weekends (peak season)
Must be able to work 2nd shift (peak season)
Microsoft Word/Excel The expected hourly pay range for this position is $23 to $28 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other factors permitted by law.
