Job Description:

Quality Control Manager The QC Manager will lead lab and quality operations in a regulated manufacturing environment. This role oversees testing, compliance, and product release while managing a team. What You'll Do Lead QC lab operations and inspection teams across multiple shifts Approve release of raw materials, in-process, and finished products Oversee daily testing activities and environmental monitoring programs Identify quality risks and drive investigations and CAPA Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, and internal quality standards Maintain and improve SOPs, protocols, and quality systems Train, audit, and develop lab personnel Coordinate sampling, microbiological testing, and utility monitoring Manage lab operations, inventory, and incoming material testing Support internal teams and customers on quality-related issues What You Bring Bachelor's degree 4+ years of experience in Quality/Lab functions within medical device manufacturing Background in microbiology, chemistry, or lab operations Prior supervisory experience Strong knowledge of

standards Effective communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary Range:

$80,000-$90,000
