Job Description:
A growing electronics manufacturer is seeking a Supplier Quality Manager to serve as the primary quality leader and customer-facing technical representative for a growing manufacturer of electromechanical and electronic products. This role will drive customer quality initiatives, supplier performance, and global manufacturing quality across international operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead customer quality issues including investigations, root cause analysis, containment, and corrective actions. Manage PPAP, First Article, qualification, and requalification activities for new and existing programs. Serve as the primary quality contact for OEM customers, supporting audits, reviews, and technical discussions. Partner with global engineering and manufacturing teams to drive quality improvements and supplier corrective actions. Conduct domestic and international supplier audits and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Candidates Must Have:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field. At least 10+ years of quality engineering or quality management experience within electronics, power electronics, PCBA, motors, or electromechanical manufacturing. Strong experience with 8D, PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, and OEM customer quality management. Ability to investigate technical product failures and communicate findings to customers and leadership.
