Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Quality Manager to lead QMS improvements, compliance, and continuous improvement within an electronics manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Lead and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) Manage audits, compliance initiatives, and corrective action processes Drive quality metrics, process improvements, and root cause analysis efforts Support supplier quality, customer concerns, and manufacturing quality initiatives Develop and mentor quality team members Partner with operations to improve processes, reduce defects, and enhance performance Qualification 5+ years of manufacturing quality experience 3+ years of experience leading quality teams Background in electronics manufacturing required Experience with ISO 9001 and regulated industry standards (IATF 16949, AS9100, ISO 13485 preferred) Knowledge of quality tools including PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, CAPA, and root cause analysis Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems preferred Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Client is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this tim
