ISO 9001
2015 quality management systems and documentationManage internal and customer audit processes, including corrective actions and follow-upMonitor, analyze, and report quality metrics to drive process improvements and operational efficiencyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify issues, implement solutions, and maintain process standardsWork Environment This role operates in a warehouse and distribution environment with a mix of office and floor presence. The position requires regular interaction with operations teams and may involve a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.

Days and Shift InformationMonday
  • Friday 6:00 am-2:30 pm.
Additional hours as needed based on operational demands.

QualificationsEducationAssociate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience requiredBachelor's degree in a related field preferredExperienceMinimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment (5+ years preferred)At least 3 years of experience working with ISO standards and quality management systemsExperience leading audits, corrective actions, and process improvementsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Familiarity with warehouse management systems and quality tools (e.g., SIPOC, scorecards)Six Sigma certification or training (Yellow, Green, or Black Belt) preferredPersonality TraitsDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsAnalytical thinker with problem-solving abilitiesEffective communicator, both verbal and writtenAble to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesTeam-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentDependable and adaptable when dealing with complex situationsAdditional InformationPay / Benefits / PerksCompetitive pay rate
Paid Time Off:
Accrue up to five days of PTO in the first year; two weeks of vacation plus one week of PTO accrued upon first anniversary.
