ISO 9001
2015 quality management systems and documentation Manage internal and customer audit processes, including corrective actions and follow-up Monitor, analyze, and report quality metrics to drive process improvements and operational efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify issues, implement solutions, and maintain process standards Work Environment This role operates in a warehouse and distribution environment with a mix of office and floor presence. The position requires regular interaction with operations teams and may involve a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting. Days and Shift Information Monday
  • Friday 6:00 am-2:30 pm.
Additional hours as needed based on operational demands. Qualifications Education Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred Experience Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment (5+ years preferred) At least 3 years of experience working with ISO standards and quality management systems Experience leading audits, corrective actions, and process improvements Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Familiarity with warehouse management systems and quality tools (e.g., SIPOC, scorecards) Six Sigma certification or training (Yellow, Green, or Black Belt) preferred Personality Traits Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Analytical thinker with problem-solving abilities Effective communicator, both verbal and written Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Team-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Dependable and adaptable when dealing with complex situations Additional Information Pay / Benefits / Perks Competitive pay rate
Paid Time Off:
Accrue up to five days of PTO in the first year; two weeks of vacation plus one week of PTO accrued upon first anniversary.
