QA Coordinator, Indianapolis Kahak Health Indianapolis, IN Job Details Full-time 7 hours ago Qualifications Computer literacy Driver's License Full Job Description Kahak Health Care Services is a service provider for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our mission is to foster independence through compassionate support, helping individuals to achieve their goals and enhance their quality of life. We provide in-home support services, community coaching, and respite care. As an employee of Kahak Health Care Services (KHCS) you will be a part of a team of skilled and dedicated professionals who value integrity, respect, and teamwork. Quality Assurance Coordinator is responsible for the planning, coordination, supervision and making sure that staff carry out their duties within the scope of the PCISP, Individualized Support Plan of the person supported. He/she will ensure that all service needs are met and on time and that the organization is compliant with program timelines and services, as well as state regulations. We are looking for a professional who makes sound decisions, is responsible, reliable, and is a person of integrity.
Responsibilities:
•List is not exhaustive Ensure agency compliance with all Federal, District, and local laws where appropriate, other municipality laws, codes and regulations pertaining to the licensure and/or Ensure agency compliance with all people's Individual Service Plan, In-Home Supports Plan, appointments, and residential objectives. Supervises the implementation of all residential programs by direct care staff, QIDP contractors and clinicians as appropriate. Ensure compliance with all employee trainings, hiring of staff and staff records Ensures that all ISP and ISP related documents are in the files Audits the programs monthly, or quarterly as appropriate to ensure compliance with program needs and services. Effective communication skills verbally and in writing Computer literacy / using platforms and programs to review records and documents An Indiana Police Report, a tuberculosis screening with a negative result, and an Indiana driver's license is required.
