Role:
My client is seeking a Quality Assurance Leader to lead and continuously improve the site Quality Management System (QMS) within a highly innovative circular manufacturing environment. This role serves as the primary quality authority for the facility, supporting sustainable industrial manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and maintain ISO 9001-aligned Quality Management Systems
  • Drive SPC, CAPA, RCA, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support laboratory testing, product quality verification, and supplier quality programs
  • Partner cross-functionally to improve manufacturing quality and process reliability
  • Support customer audits, qualification activities, and technical reviews
Required Experience:
  • 5+ years of quality leadership experience in manufacturing or continuous-process industries
  • Experience with
ISO 9001
Quality Management Systems
  • Strong background in root cause analysis and corrective action processes
  • Experience with SPC, process capability analysis, and quality metrics
  • Ability to lead cross-functional quality initiatives within industrial operation Additional highlights include:
