Job Overview Leaders Staffing is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Manager to lead quality assurance and control initiatives at a local automotive manufacturing facility. Duties Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems aligned with
ISO 9001
standards and other relevant regulations such as
ISO 13485
for medical devices or FDA regulations for safety compliance. Lead quality audits across production lines, suppliers, and internal processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to industry standards like HACCP, CGMP, and other regulatory requirements. Oversee quality inspection procedures, ensuring rigorous quality control measures are applied at every stage of manufacturing to detect defects early and prevent non-conformities. Manage root cause analysis investigations for quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to eliminate recurring problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project management initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality, reducing waste, and increasing efficiency. Conduct training sessions on quality systems, inspection techniques, and compliance requirements to elevate team knowledge and performance. Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, audit findings, and compliance status to support executive decision-making. Qualifications Proven experience in automotive manufacturing or a similar high-volume production environment with a strong focus on quality assurance and control. In-depth knowledge of
ISO 9001
standards; familiarity with
ISO 13485, FDA
regulations, HACCP, CGMP is highly desirable. Demonstrated expertise in conducting quality audits and implementing effective QA/QC procedures. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes combined with excellent analysis skills for problem-solving and process optimization. Experience managing quality systems within complex supply chains; project management skills are a plus. Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to interpret technical data accurately and make data-driven decisions. Effective communication skills for training teams, reporting findings, and collaborating across departments. #
