Job DescriptionWe're looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to join our team in Wichita, United States. In this role, you will lead quality assurance initiatives and drive continuous improvement across our software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and committed to delivering excellence through systematic quality processes and strategic oversight.

Design, develop, and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies and test plans aligned with organizational objectivesLead and mentor junior quality assurance team members, Quality Inspectors providing guidance on best practices and professional developmentDevelop and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts to ensure efficient and reliable testing across multiple platformsAnalyze test results, identify defects, and conduct root cause analysis to drive process improvementsCollaborate with development, product, and operations teams to establish quality standards and acceptance criteriaDefine and track quality metrics and key performance indicators to measure testing effectiveness and product reliabilityEnsure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements throughout the quality assurance processReview and optimize existing QA processes to enhance efficiency and reduce time-to-marketDocument test cases, test results, and quality reports with precision and clarityParticipate in code reviews and provide quality feedback to development teamsCustomer Complain AnalysisQualifications3+ years of professional experience in quality assurance or quality engineering rolesBachelor's Degree required; industrial engineering focus preferredISO9001 knowledge requiredStrong Knowledge of problem-solving techniquesStrong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and best practicesDemonstrated experience with defect tracking and test management toolsProficiency in designing comprehensive test cases and test scenariosExperience leading or mentoring QA team membersSolid understanding of lean manufacturing methodologyStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience with CI/CD pipelines and continuous integration practices
