This is an excellent opportunity for a quality professional with strong leadership skills and a background in quality systems to take ownership of quality operations and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's quality system in compliance with

ISO 9001

standards. Lead internal audits and coordinate external audits, including UL (Underwriters Laboratories) certifications and inspections. Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) and standard operating procedures. Monitor quality metrics, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions. Collaborate with production, engineering, and operations teams to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction. Coach and develop quality team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of quality management experience, preferably in metal fabrication or manufacturing. Strong working knowledge of

ISO 9001

quality management systems. Experience with Underwriters Laboratories (UL) standards and compliance. Proven ability to lead audits, manage CAPAs, and maintain quality documentation. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
