Quality Manager Manufacturing Leadership Opportunity A growing manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality systems, compliance initiatives, food safety programs, and continuous improvement efforts within a fast-paced production environment. Why Consider This Opportunity? ✔ Growing and financially stable organization ✔ Highly visible leadership role with strong executive support ✔ Opportunity to build and strengthen quality systems and culture ✔ Collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement ✔ Career advancement opportunities within a growing operation ✔ Strong emphasis on employee development and leadership growth ✔ Competitive compensation and benefits package ✔ Ability to make a meaningful impact across the entire operation Key Responsibilities Lead all quality assurance and quality management initiatives across the facility Develop, mentor, and support quality team members Drive continuous improvement projects focused on quality, efficiency, and compliance Maintain compliance with customer, company, and regulatory requirements Manage internal audits, supplier audits, corrective actions, and quality documentation Analyze quality metrics and implement sustainable improvements Partner with Operations, Maintenance, and Leadership teams to improve overall plant performance Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action programs Ensure audit readiness and support customer and third-party audits Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred 5+ years of Quality leadership experience within a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and regulatory compliance Experience leading supplier quality programs and audit activities Experience with
ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, SQF, BRCGS, ISO
22000, or other GFSI-recognized standards Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, CAPA, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills Proven ability to develop teams and drive accountability Preferred Experience Manufacturing quality leadership experience Food-grade, packaging, plastics, converting, printing, or other regulated manufacturing environments Customer audit and third-party certification audit experience Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and process optimization initiatives Strong supplier quality and vendor management experience For Immediate Consideration Send your resume confidentially to: Hillary Cooley Food & Beverage Manufacturing Recruiter | gpac hillary.cooley@gogpac.com
