About the opportunity Lead and oversee the QA/QC function for a greenfield/ brownfield Project (Residential/ Industrial/ Transportation/ Aviation Sectors), ensuring full compliance with Quality, Contractual and Statutory requirements. Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management System (PQMS) aligned with ISO 9001 and client standards. Serve as the primary QA/ QC interface with Clients and Certification bodies. Provide strategic quality leadership to Project Directors, Construction Managers, and Engineering teams. Manage and mentor site‑based QA/ QC teams including engineers, inspectors, and lab technicians. Approve Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, Quality Procedures, and Work Instructions. Ensure effective control of materials, workmanship, and handover documentation. Lead quality audits, surveillance, and management reviews; drive continuous improvement initiatives. Prepare and present QA/QC Dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports to senior management. Here's what you'll need About You Minimum 15+ years of progressive QA/ QC experience in large and complex greenfield/ brownfield Projects (Residential/ Industrial/ Transportation/ Aviation Sectors). Bachelor's degree in engineering is mandatory; Master's degree preferred.

Lead Auditor certification strongly preferred. Proven ability to manage QA/QC teams across multiple work fronts and contractors. Strong understanding of international codes, standards, and client specifications. Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders. High standards of ethics, attention to detail, and quality leadership mindset.
