8:00 AM-4:30 PM Core Purpose of the Role This role ensures that all raw materials and finished products meet strict quality,pliance, and customer requirements prior to release. The Quality Assurance Supervisor serves as the site's primary QA release authority, providing leadership to QA Technicians and QC Inspectors, and overseeingpliance with ISO 9001 and internal quality systems. The position acts as a key interface between Quality Control and cross-functional teams, requiring strong manufacturing quality expertise, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capability to influence and drive continuous improvement in aplex, matrixed environment. Key Responsibilities Approve and release products while enforcing quality standards Manage iing material inspection processes Develop QC procedures, inspection criteria, and controlled documentation Lead, coach, and mentor QA/QC Technicians and Inspectors Ensurepliance with ISO 9001 and internal quality management systems Oversee non-conformance investigations and ensure CAPA effectiveness Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits Monitor cleanroom bioburden and particulate levels; escalate deviations as needed Track, analyze, and report QA/QC metrics and quality trends Collaborate closely with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and logistics teams Required Qualifications Associate degree (minimum) 2+ years of QA experience (supervisory experience preferred) Strong knowledge of manufacturing quality systems and ISO standards Experience with CAPA, audits, and non-conformance investigations Strong analytical, problem-solving, andanizational skills Excellentmunication skills with ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment Benefits Highlights 5% employer 401(k) contribution pluspany match 16 weeks of 100% paid parental leave with phased return-to-work option Up to 15 caregiver days and 80 hours of sick time 9 paid holidays plus 1 floating holiday 3 paid volunteer days annually Multiple healthcare plan options with HSA contributions If you are interested, or know someone who may be a great fit, please or this position with them and encourage them to submit an updated resume.
Pay Details:
