Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Supervisor to ensure strict adherence to food safety standards on our production floor. In this role, you will conduct daily inspections, manage HACCP and GMP compliance, and perform sensory evaluations Additionally, you will lead a culture of safety and collaborate directly with R&D to drive continuous improvements across our product SKUs. This is a full time opportunity located near Woburn, MA. Please apply if interested!

$60,000 - $80,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 4 AM - 1:30

High SchoolResponsibilities Product Innovation & Improvement:
Monitor existing product SKUs and collaborate directly with R&D to recommend and lead development enhancements.
Quality Control & Sensory Testing:
Oversee the quality of incoming raw materials and finished products, including conducting daily organoleptic (sensory) evaluations and distributing daily reports.
Compliance & GMP Enforcement:
Strict enforcement of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), safety compliance, and all company policies by acting as a role model and mentoring floor staff.
Facility Inspections:
Conduct pre-operational inspections each morning and evening, manage general upkeep of the production area, and perform weekly environmental swabs.
HACCP & Critical Control Points:
Monitor and verify on-floor Critical Control Points (CCPs), including daily functional checks of metal detectors.
Testing & Calibration:
Perform specification testing on incoming raw materials as needed, and manage routine verifications (daily label checks, HACCP logs, weekly thermometer/temp tag calibrations).
Team Training:
Facilitate and execute employee training programs as assigned by the QA Manager.
