As our QC Supervisor, you will work with our production team in our Thermal Spray facility. Our QC Supervisor will work with customers, make design suggestions, and learn customer systems. The QC Supervisor will oversee inspections and testing of materials, quality, and endurance.

Salary:
$75,000-$85,000 Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline only, reflecting a position based in Massachusetts. Adherence to the AS9100 and NADCAP quality management programs. Obtain and maintain customer certifications (MetCut, GE DSQR, Pratt & Whitney LCS). Responsible for 3 direct reports. Liaising with customers, learning their quality and product management systems, suggesting design changes to a product as necessary. What You Bring 3-5 years of supervisory experience. Experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically aviation. Experience in AS9100 quality management system. Hands on working experience with the shop floor.
Preferred:
Experience working in a job shop environment, OEM is preferred. NADCAP quality management system.
