We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Nurse Liaison & Quality Assurance Manager to join our leadership team. This position will work closely with the Owner and Vice President of Operations to support clinical providers, strengthen facility relationships, improve quality outcomes, and ensure operational excellence throughout the organization. Position Overview The Nurse Liaison & Quality Assurance Manager serves as a key clinical and operational leader, fostering positive relationships with facility partners, supporting Nurse Practitioners, overseeing quality assurance initiatives, and helping to drive continuous improvement across the organization. The ideal candidate is a collaborative healthcare professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and creating innovative solutions to improve patient care and provider performance.

Responsibilities:

Facility & Provider Relations Serve as the primary liaison between Optimized Medical Group and partner facilities. Build and maintain strong relationships with nursing home and assisted living facility leadership. Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners, facility staff, and administration to address operational and clinical concerns. Conduct routine visits to facilities to assess needs, identify opportunities, and support clinical teams. Attend meetings with facility leadership and represent the organization professionally. Quality Assurance & Compliance Conduct chart audits and documentation reviews to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Monitor provider performance and documentation quality. Identify trends and opportunities for process improvement. Assist with the implementation of quality improvement initiatives and corrective action plans. Support regulatory readiness and compliance efforts. Prepare reports and recommendations for leadership. Leadership & Operational Support Partner with the Owner and Vice President of Operations on strategic initiatives. Assist with onboarding and mentoring new providers. Serve as a resource for providers and facility staff. Help develop and implement best practices and workflow improvements. Promote a positive culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence.
