Quality Manager - Manufacturing Baltimore, Maryland $120,000 - $150,000 + Career Progression + Market-leading Business + Relocation Assistance + Excellent Benefits Package Are you a Quality Manager from a manufacturing or industrial background, looking to put your own stamp on an industry-leading organization, by taking full ownership of quality systems and quality teams across multiple facilities? On offer is an excellent opportunity to drive quality strategy across three manufacturing sites, where you will play a key role in ISO compliance, audit leadership, team development, and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the business. This company is a well-established manufacturer with multiple operations across the US. They have built an excellent reputation within their industry and are in the process of acquiring more facilities. In this position, you will oversee the quality function across multiple facilities, managing a team of up to 12 Quality Leads and Inspectors while leading ISO compliance and audit activities. You'll work closely with operations and engineering teams to drive quality improvements, with up to 25% travel to company sites and supplier locations. This role would suit a Quality Manager from a manufacturing or industrial background, looking to put their own stamp on a market-leading business, by developing and leading a skilled quality department across multiple locations.
