We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality assurance activities and support our commitment to excellence. This position plays a key role in customer quality compliance, supplier quality management, First Article Inspections, corrective actions, and quality documentation while working closely with production, engineering, purchasing, and management teams. What You'll Do Submit and manage First Article Inspection Reports (FAIs) in accordance with customer requirements Administer and track corrective actions to ensure effective resolution of quality issues Provide leadership and daily direction to quality personnel Review and approve final inspections and associated quality documentation Review customer and supplier requirements to ensure compliance throughout production Support customer quality requirements and assist in resolving quality-related concerns Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality standards and outside processing requirements are met Support supplier qualification and supplier performance initiatives Review manufacturing routers and quality requirements as needed Sign and maintain Certificates of Conformance (COC) packages and related documentation Create, maintain, and improve quality records, forms, and databases Ensure proper retention and organization of quality records Investigate quality issues, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions Work with production teams to improve processes and prevent recurring quality concerns Promote continuous improvement through effective quality planning, inspection processes, and documentation controls Support compliance with AS9100, customer requirements, and company quality standards Qualifications High School Diploma required Continuing education, certifications, or college coursework in quality, manufacturing, engineering, or related fields is preferred Experience in aerospace, defense, precision machining, or manufacturing environments preferred Working knowledge of AS9100 and/or

ISO 9001

quality systems preferred Experience with First Article Inspection (AS9102) Experience reviewing Certificates of Conformance, material certifications, and quality documentation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computerized business systems Why
