FCA Group The Stellantis Industrial System Quality Standards Lead - (SIS QS Lead) will work closely with the GA Shop Director to develop and implement SIS Standards aligned to Global and Regional Quality Standards, coordinate priority of SIS tools and processes in daily activities of the plants and track and monitor KPI progress regularly. Responsible for coordinating and performing internal reviews, external audits, and internal audits. Support the WO and QC Domain in alignment with implementation and the creation of best practices. Work closely with the Domains to develop route maps and coach to succeed in meeting objectives including coaching plants not making timing or struggling with strategy.
