Job Description

Job Purpose:
The Quality Control Manager leads all inspection activities and manages a team of quality inspectors using
CMM / 3D
arms scan / calipers and other measurement tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensures full product conformity to customer drawings, specifications and control plans. Oversees daily inspection planning, workload distribution, and team performance. Validates measurement results and guarantees data accuracy and traceability. Leads containment, root cause analysis, and disposition of non-conforming parts. Drives timely resolution of technical quality issues with engineering and production teams. Acts as key interface for customer quality requirements and escalations. Ensures strict adherence to work instructions and process compliance on the shop floor. Conducts process audits and enforces standard application across production operations. Supports corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence of defects. Monitors key quality KPIs (scrap/rework/customer complaints). Promotes continuous improvement in inspection methods and efficiency. Drives a strong quality culture focused on discipline, accuracy, and accountability.
Qualifications & Skills:
Degree in Engineering, Quality, or related technical field. Experience in manufacturing environment (automotive or aerospace preferred). Strong leadership and team management skills. Strong experience in metrology and inspection systems (CMM, 3D scanning, manual gauges). Solid knowledge of GD&T and technical drawing interpretation. Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
