Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, process improvement, compliance, and team leadership within a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Oversee quality control processes and ensure product standards are met Develop and implement quality assurance procedures Lead audits, inspections, and corrective action plans Work closely with production and operations teams to improve efficiency and reduce defects Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards Train and mentor quality staff and production employees
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Quality Manager in manufacturing Strong knowledge of quality systems, inspections, and compliance standards Experience with root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives Excellent leadership and communication skills Bachelor's degree preferred
Pay:
$130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
