This role leads and supports the organization's Quality Management System (QMS) and audit program, ensuring ISO compliance and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include planning and conducting internal and external audits, developing internal auditors, and driving consistent, effective audit execution and follow‑up. The role partners cross‑functionally to strengthen QMS processes, align documentation and training, and embed quality expectations into daily operations while supporting corrective actions and Next Level Quality initiatives.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Audit Program Leadership Lead the planning and execution of internal and external audits aligned with the ISO audit schedule and risk‑based priorities, ensuring appropriate scope, sampling, and evidence. Oversee and develop a team of internal auditors by assigning audits, coaching audit techniques, calibrating findings, and ensuring timely, high‑quality completion. Drive consistency across audits by aligning audit criteria, processes, and observation language, and ensuring strong follow‑through on findings. Perform proactive audits and provide feedback on standard work, corrective action effectiveness, and sustainment. QMS Improvement & Governance Drive cross‑functional and cross‑divisional alignment on documentation, training, and corrective action standards. Identify gaps and lead improvements to QMS processes in support of Next Level Quality initiatives. Maintain and enhance QMS policies and procedures related to document control, record retention, training, and change management. Embed QMS and EMS expectations into daily operations, continuous improvement efforts, and organizational culture. Support management reviews by providing insights on audit results, CAPA progress, training effectiveness, and overall system performance. Coaching & Capability Building Analyze quality performance metrics and deliver data‑driven feedback to strengthen compliance and continuous improvement. Coach teams on developing effective corrective and preventive actions and control plans related to CCNs and NCRs. Design and deliver training on QMS fundamentals, including audit readiness, document control, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and control plans.ATTRIBUTES

Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required. 7+ years of progressive experience in Quality Management Systems, internal/external auditing, and quality leadership. Manufacturing experience preferred. Lean management experience preferred. The target salary range is $62,000 - $90,000 depending upon qualifications and experience. Expanded pay ranges may be available for growth and advancement opportunities. In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity.
