Job Description

Quality Control Manager (QMR) Lead quality initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager (QMR) to oversee quality operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement across production processes. Key Responsibilities Lead and maintain the organization's Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure effectiveness and compliance Develop, implement, and refine quality processes and procedures across departments Plan and execute internal audits and ensure adherence to applicable standards (ISO / AS environments) Oversee inspection and testing activities for materials, in-process production, and finished goods Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement improvements to drive performance Manage and mentor quality team members , including scheduling, training, and development Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes Prepare and present quality metrics, audit results, and recommendations to leadership Lead corrective and preventive action efforts to reduce defects and improve outcomes Ensure all quality documentation, procedures, and records are accurate and current Qualifications 5-8+ years of experience in manufacturing quality or quality management Prior leadership experience managing or supervising teams Strong knowledge of quality systems and regulatory standards (ISO13485, AS standards, or similar) Experience leading audits, compliance initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills Preferred Background Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) Experience in highly regulated or precision manufacturing environments Additional Requirements Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Solid understanding of workplace safety practices (OSHA) Ability to work collaboratively across teams to support production goals Work Environment Role requires regular standing, walking, and hands-on involvement on the production floor Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
Pay:
$118,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
