Field Associate Supervisor - US (North Central)

The DataScan Field Operations team has an immediate opening for a Field Associate Supervisor (FAS) covering the North Central United States. The current geographic territory includes all or parts of the following states: Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Illinois (north/central). The FAS has responsibility for coordinating schedules for their associate team, managing a team of field associates and interacting with Clients in regard to schedules, audits and personnel. The FAS is a field-based position. Working from a home-based office, this position will supervise assigned auditors in a defined territory as a key responsibility. The FAS role requires visiting Clients and Associates to conduct onsite quality assurance (QA) reviews; data gathering on dealers or scheduling; developing rapport with Associates and Clients while representing DataScan. The FAS will also complete audits as needed.
