2015 Quality Management System (QMS) Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, productivity, and cost reduction Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, suppliers, and external auditors on quality-related matters Oversee corrective actions, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement activities using 8D, Lean, Six Sigma, and related methodologies Manage internal and external audits, PPAP documentation, and customer quality requirements Monitor quality metrics, customer returns, and performance trends to identify improvement opportunities Partner with operations, engineering, and production teams to ensure consistent product quality and process compliance Promote a strong culture of safety, accountability, and customer satisfaction Qualifications 3+ years of quality leadership experience in industrial manufacturing, metals, or related industries Strong working knowledge of
ISO 9001
2015 standards and quality systems Experience with PPAP, GD&T, corrective actions, and root cause analysis methodologies Background in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement initiatives preferred Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across all levels of an organization Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality reporting tools Welding or fabrication process knowledge is a plus Work Environment This role operates within both office and manufacturing environments and requires regular interaction with production operations.
