Quality Manager Union, Missouri | $110,000 - $125,000 + up to 10% Annual Bonus A well-established manufacturing company in Union, Missouri is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join their team. This is a great opportunity for a quality professional looking to lead in a dynamic, high-volume manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Oversee quality assurance and control across all stages of metal manufacturing Lead and develop a team of quality inspectors and technicians Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ASTM, ASME, and other relevant standards Partner with engineering, production, and suppliers to resolve quality issues Qualifications 5+ years of quality management experience in metal manufacturing or a similar environment Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, SPC, and quality auditing practices Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt) preferred Compensation & Benefits $110,000 - $125,000 base + up to 10% annual bonus Medical, Dental, Life, and Disability Insurance 401(k) with company match PTO and 9 paid holidays
