Job Description

Position Summary:
Quality Leader is responsible to lead AdvanceTEC's quality program and drive a uniform quality of performance culture and protocol across all projects. This includes updating and keeping current Quality Manual, QA/QC Manual, hosting quality training modules and generating content to for best practices across projects and processes.
Reporting Structure:
Quality Leader will report to our two Directors of Operations; North and South.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Active Ownership of AdvanceTEC'sQualityProgram:
Updating and keeping current AdvanceTEC'squalitymanual—annually at a minimum. Set standards by which all projects, regardless of profile, will adhere to as best practices. Create quality procedures across all major discipline of construction that AdvanceTEC regularly performs (i.e. cleanroom architectural, high purity piping).
Create Project Specific SafetyContent &Documents:
QualityManual Inspection & Acceptance Procedures of Installation Work Field Training Modules on Best Practices On-site Inspections andQualityAudits Ensure projectinstallations are in compliance with projectdocuments. Review project site formsand turn-over procedures. Audit projects on an ongoing and regular basis.
SubcontractorQualityPrograms & Expectations:
Engage with subcontractorqualityleads to review and audit their programs. Ensure thatqualityexpectations for work on AdvanceTEC projects is known.
Future Growth Opportunities:
Develop and Manage overall Company Quality Team to Support all activities from Sales, Design and Construction.
Skills, Experience, and Qualities Required:
Bachelor's Degree inEngineering, Construction Managementis required. Vibrant, optimistic, energetic positive person who wants to makes things happen. Team player that can work with leadership team, all personnel, and interact well with clients. Previous experience in industry and or applicable internships required. Skilled in communications (interpersonal skills and written), PROCORE, MS Office Suite. Ability to travel domestically on a periodic and ongoing basis is required.
Location and Travel Requirements:
For the right candidate, there is some flexibility, with our primary offices being in Richmond Virginia and Raleigh North Carolina. Regular and ongoing travelto client project sitesand industry training isrequired.
